By accessing and using the Lux Vibes mobile application (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

3. Description of Service

Lux Vibes is a mobile application that helps users discover and explore lounges and bars in their area. The Service provides:

• Venue discovery and search functionality
• Location-based recommendations
• User reviews and ratings
• Photo and video sharing
• Favorite venue management
• Community-driven venue suggestions

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using email/password or OAuth providers (Google, Apple)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Content Submission

• You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, videos, and venue suggestions
• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Contains explicit or adult content

5.3 Content Moderation and UGC Safety (App Store Guideline 1.2)

• We provide in-app tools to report objectionable user-generated content and user behavior.
• We provide in-app tools to block users; blocked users' community posts are removed from your feeds.
• We review reported content and accounts and may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend posting privileges, or terminate accounts.
• We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove user-generated content at any time.
• We may use a combination of automated signals and manual review for moderation and abuse prevention.
• We are not obligated to pre-screen every item of content before publication.

5.4 Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement:

• Content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable
• Content that promotes illegal activity or unsafe behavior
• Repeated spam, scams, deceptive activity, or coordinated abuse
• Attempts to evade moderation, account restrictions, or user blocks

5.5 Reporting and Enforcement Process

• Reports can be submitted in-app through event/community safety actions or by email at fobolaji@gmail.com.
• We aim to acknowledge safety and abuse reports within 24 hours and take moderation action as quickly as reasonably possible.
• For urgent safety matters, we prioritize review and may take immediate temporary action while investigation is ongoing.
• Enforcement may include warning, content takedown, temporary restriction, permanent suspension, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
• We may preserve relevant records needed to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or respond to safety requests.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
